The Sapphire Series / 16762B built by Cavco Dorchester is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom singlewide manufactured home with 1,140 square feet on a 76-foot frame. At one end sits a master bedroom with its own bath, with a utility room and a second bath along the hall, a foyer with a bench near the middle, and a flat-ceiling living room. The island kitchen with pendant lights opens to a nook at the other end, and an alternate kitchen that omits the curio cabinet is shown. This floor plan is part of Cavco Dorchester’s Reserve home line.
